Folks,

A heads up for this years S'n'T, as has become the custom it'll be the last weekend in September, we have booked the bunkhouse here;

Good food, good beer and it's own waterfall (highest unbroken fall in England)

They also have B&B rooms for those that fancy it and camping for the brave amongst us (could be chilly in Sept!)

B&B is £40 pppn

For the bunkhouse its looking like £13 - £15 pppn or £16 - £20 with breakfast included.

We've booked the bunkhouse for as many people that want to come (I'm sure he said it can accommodate 50!) but if you would like one of the B&B rooms or camping etc. please get in touch with either me or terry lees and we'll deal with the landlord direct. I'm probably your best bet, by the time Terry has finished typing a reply we'll be booking for S'n'T 2013!


We may be able to organise some live music, there might be a BBQ, there will be some great roads and the usual apres-ride activities

Everybody, I'll update the first post to include this message but due to the most miserable old woman in all Christiandom (one member was told 'motorbikes aren't welcome'!), please direct all accommodation enquiries to either me or Terry and we will deal with the landlord directly (who likes bikers very much, especially hungry, thirsty bikers).

Ah this might be why I got no responses from the green dragon.....

There is more luxurious accommodation available and plenty to do in the area if fred isn't up to the rideout.

Black Sheep Brewery, Wensleydale Creamery, Dales Museum, etc, etc.

yes i,ve been having a look at the rooms & what to do if she.s not up to it where to visit shopping etc just need to book monday off so we can make a long week end of it

It's right nearby Hawes which is a lovely wee town for wandering about in. Loads of olde worlde antique shops, cafes, nice pubs for looking in

Yeah, nearly soiled myself, thought it was a cop and my license was going back to DVLA for a holiday. Lol

I will hopefully be there as not being able to make it to any others this year will look forward to it. Last 2 s&t's have been cracking weekends.

Yup. I would've went with him had I been allowed over 6k revs!! As I thought he was just buggering off for a play. I thought the two fingered salute was for me with you thinking I hadn't marked with 2 markers. Lol. Now it all makes sense. :idea:
