Taste of Lincolnshire 2013 Sign Up Page

If you are going to attend this year's ToL please post up and I'll add you to the sign-up page.
The base for the event will be The Village Limits where some of us will be staying Fri and Sat nights.
The rideout will be on the Saturday - 200 miles of Lincolnshire's finest roads, scenery, history and food 

Dinner will be at The Village Limits on the Sat night. Please let me know if you want dinner. 
You can find a menu here however they also do a specials board and I'll post up details as soon as I have them.
I can recommend the steak pie! They also have a selection of salads.... particularly good with the sausage garnish.

• Twice Baked Poacher Cheese Soufflé with Garlic Cream and Chives

• Stilton and Spring Onion Tart with a Stilton Cream Sauce
• Homemade Lamb and Sweet Potato Pie with a Red Wine and Rosemary Gravy
• Chargrilled Ribeye Steak with Fried Onions and a Whisky and Mustard Butter

I need to book places and we need to pre-order so the kitchen can feed us all promptly.

Your welcome to join any part of the weekend - ride-out only, dinner only or the whole event. Just let me know.
This is so I can gauge how many are coming and adjust the plans for the day to suit as many folk as possible.

There are plenty of accommodation options in Woodhall Spa, more details appear below the sign-up table.

far beyond that steve, the seams have ripped on the pants and the jackets buttons have fell off, so driving rain comes through zip. also feel more protected in a leather thong and string vest than when wearing them

What's all the doom and gloom about the weather

As Pete says 'There's still time for the forecast to change'
Crumbs I hope it's not really wet.
If it is I can reduce the riding time and increase the eating time

There's even a contingency plan for the worst case senario!
It'll be a great weekend whatever the weather.

Just get here safely and enjoy.

Its a bit of rain Chris, if you want WEATHER you must join the lads and me in February for a weekend camping in North Wales.. You'll be glad of a bit of rain pal

& what the hell am i doing up at this time on my days off lol

BBC weather show 18 degrees sunny and cloudy  

weathers looking up now... slightly soggy friday ride up mind...

Change of plan:

JonB has torn something in his leg (hamstring or something) playing Cricket so he can no longer attend.

So, with redundancy loot in the account I am now booked in 'pitch Away' for Fri/ Saturday.

Will have to pick a Sarnie up on my way Friday as I won't be leaving work till gone 6pm and it's about 2hrs or so from here

Any room for the meal Saturday Night? 

Its over a miles walk to the Village Limits John so you may need to prebook a taxi being in Lincs and all that lol.

Great that you can now stay over. We'll see you Friday night.
I think they'll take orders in the restaurant until at least 9pm if you want to eat when you arrive.

Just a heads up folks if your journey involves the Stamford area its Burley Horse trials and the roads are usually manic.
