Sorry Chris, gone back 2 clicks and found them, another senior moment I'm afraid

After seeing Terry's post it may be a good idea to have the dates in the Starting post, call me lazy but will save hunting for them when this goes on to 2+ pages.

Rob and I will be along for this one except for the Saturday night as we are at a wedding. Have already arranged a babysitter for Ewan so we can do the rideout and stay on the Sunday night. We are also up for going to BSB if others are going to it

I enjoyed myself so much at the weekend and loved it, I'd like to put my name down for TOL please

Put me down for the ride out at least and I'll let you know if I can manage any sneaky overnight action closer to the time if that's okay, hopefully be able to squeeze in one night and may bring a friend yet

Hi All,

It's time to decide if you want to join us for ToL this year.

I've block booked 18 places at the Youth Hostel in Beverley and paid 18 deposits!
I have to pay the remainder of the booking costs by 26 June 2012.

So far a few have contacted me and paid their deposit. Thanks for that. I now need to ask you for the remainder of your accommodation costs now. These are £20pppn less your deposit.

Several folk have indicated that they may attend. If you can now decide, then please let me know and send me your accommodation costs asap (£20pppn) to secure your place.

I will have to let the hostel know by Sunday 24th June (one weeks time!) how many places I require. I will only confirm the number of places that I am sure are needed. If anyone wishes to join us later it will be up to you to make your own accommodation arrangements.

Hi Chris,

We definitely won't be staying in the hostel and we're not sure yet what our plans are, we're hoping to join you for at least the rideout.

We'll sort accomodation out if we decide to stay.
