Right, just picked up a cat so a few questions

1. What exhausts fit? can i saw the original pipe and slide on any universal can on (what MM fitment would work?)
1. a fil a fazer link pipe and exhaust fit? might give me more to look at.
2. Would a thunderace rear wheel fit? (is it a 180mm rear on the ace?)

Good questions...

I got a ART can for mine and I'm sure I just slid the old one off and fitted it. The previous owner of the can had an R6.

I'm sure a few on here have fitted 170 rear but I think 180 might be pushing it.

I'm sure someone will be along shortly to give more comprehensive answers.

Congratulations on a great choice of bike.

i NEED to do a few things to it first, unfortunately the cats last owners didn't seem to love it enough.

It has a chip in the front fairing, the front mudguard was horribly sprayed with i would think 2 different types of paint that reacted and cause the paint to go very odd and disgusting so currently spending copious hours trying to sand that back to respray! it has a luminous yellow double bubble which on a red and white bike is sacrilege in my eyes and it needs a bloody good bath too. then i would like to get an end can on it as its WAAAAAAAAY too quiet :( my last bike was a K7 GSXR 600 with an Arrow race pipe on so its a BIG difference to that atm.

I will introduce myself but the pics will have to wait

Fazer down pipes are a different shape but the diameter of the of the pipes are the same. I also think the rear peg brackets are the same on a Cat and Fazer so if the length and angle of the link pipe is close the Fazer can might fit.
