ToL Sign-Up, Questions etc

If you're thinking of coming along on the ToL 6, and especially if you've made definite arrangements, then please add a reply to this topic with a few brief details so I can co-ordinate numbers. Then I'll know approximately what size group we'll have and can sort out appropriate lunch stops etc.

I'll periodically post up a summary of responses to date.

You can also post any questions you have about the event and I'll do my best to answer them.

OK Suzie, here's where you get to show just how committed you are! In the psychiatric sense of course

I'd like to say i'm unpredictable but .... ok .... it was booked the minute i put the phone down.

i'll be there . No accommodation needed for the Friday night - yet to sort out Saturday night.

I'll be there too.....Can I justify a B&B seen as I live the nearest? Probably!!

Excellent timing Chris, I'm on holiday the week leading up to ToL6. So you can count me in.

This means I can spend as much time as I like getting there. I've already got some thoughts buzzing around in my head about where I can go and what I can do. I am also open to any suggestions.

Hopefully it will be as good a weekend as the last one I was at (couple of years ago I think).

A long trip up from Exeter but it'll be great.

mm well tol is 2 days before i start my holidays
snt is the weekend after i finish my holidays as im off from the 6th sept to the 22nd
but i will lie cheat steal if possilbe the sat 5th off seeing im going no where just 2 weeks off house revap

Pete, Isn't it weird how the comment "free drinks here" just leapt out of the page at me. lol.

All very good suggestions though and I hope to be able to do some of them. I have done a lot of them before though (free drinks excepted) so might try to find somewhere new to do.

Chris - I don't think Tel picked up on your clever comment - "I'm sure someone will be able to Tel you where to go".

I'm seriously low on Brownie points and since I'm off to Europe on the bike for the best part of two weeks next weekend I think now is probably not the best time to ask for time off.
I'll work my magic when I get back to see if I can get a pass.

Rosco, be great to see you. Just carefully pick you moment and remove all sharp knives from the house before mentioning it. Not had a eunuch on the Tol.... yet!

Cards, you need to be there. You're my 4th (or 5th?) emergency service. I need you to pick up the bits when it all goes Pete Tong.

Ahh, well (searching for plausible excuse for lamentable lack of memory.....got it!) we started with five! Things got a bit messy towards the end. Did we end with five? Must have had a senior moment.
