First topic message reminder :

Here's a list of those who've expressed interest or confirmed they will be joining the ToL this year. :whoop:
If you wish to be added to the list please post up in the main ToL thread.

This is the venue - the same as last year.
I have booked all 8 twin rooms for the Friday and Saturday nights. A deposit of £12.50 per person will secure a bed for the two nights, or £25 to secure a room. The full cost is £36 pppn B&B
Unfortunately if the you can't make it and I can't re-let the place then I won't be able to refund the deposit - venue rules I'm afraid.
That said, I hope places will be over-subscribed. If that happens I'll post up details of local B&B's - there are several. So far several are staying at The Claremont Guest House

Here is a link to camp sites in Woodhall Spa - Woodhall Country Park Camp Site is closest (next door) and being used by some members.

The venue has an excellent restaurant and they have provisionally booked us 16 places for each night. Please let me know if you want me to book you in for dinner. The place is popular so I will have to confirm numbers several weeks before and you will need to pre-order your food. Special diet options are available.

If there are any mistakes in the table below my apologies, but please let me know.

Can't make the Friday night mate, riding down about half six so won't get there until 9ish when all sorted so pork scratchings and beer will have to suffice... Sat night food for the two if you can please.

Won't be able to get away from home while later on the Fri evening either so it'll be two pints and packets of crisps for us too. Oh , and room key behind the bar for collection please

For those arriving on the Friday, what sort of time are people intending to arrive?

I'm only asking so I don't get there massively before everyone else, and sit around being a Billy-no-mates for hours........

Hi Chris, sorry about this but , Ditchking can't make this weekend due to various reasons.....Which means I have a vacancy for a room mate on Friday night and Saturday subject to the usual charges -night if anyone is interested ????

Please can you have a look at the ToL menu thread and let me know your menu choices asap. I've passed everyone elses on to the restaurant. Don't want you to miss out getting fed!

What are people's plans in terms of getting there and back? I'm planning to leave Reading around 10 on Friday, stop in on a friend in Chipping Norton on the way then probably get going from there around 12. Planning a cross-country route but fairly direct, but happy to detour or stop and meet up along the way (also happy to go it alone and see you in the pub!).

I am at Wittering (just south of Stamford) on the A1, I will be travelling up on Friday. If anyone wants to meet let me know, I will PM you my address.

Did this get anywhere? Google reckons there's a minicab firm in Stixwould, which is just up the road from the Village Limits. Or it's a torch, hi vis vest and a walk!

Departure time is scheduled for 9am from the car park at The Village Limits, Woodhall Spa. We'll be stopping for fuel in Woodhall before heading out for the day.

Please fly down within the speed limit. I don't want you to feel you're being stalked by the police!
