ToL 2011 Sign up

Here's a list of those who've expressed interest or confirmed they will be joining the ToL this year. :whoop:
If you wish to be added to the list please post up in the main ToL thread.

This is the venue - the same as last year.
I have booked all 8 twin rooms for the Friday and Saturday nights. A deposit of £12.50 per person will secure a bed for the two nights, or £25 to secure a room. The full cost is £36 pppn B&B
Unfortunately if the you can't make it and I can't re-let the place then I won't be able to refund the deposit - venue rules I'm afraid.
That said, I hope places will be over-subscribed. If that happens I'll post up details of local B&B's - there are several. So far several are staying at The Claremont Guest House

Here is a link to camp sites in Woodhall Spa - Woodhall Country Park Camp Site is closest (next door) and being used by some members.

The venue has an excellent restaurant and they have provisionally booked us 16 places for each night. Please let me know if you want me to book you in for dinner. The place is popular so I will have to confirm numbers several weeks before and you will need to pre-order your food. Special diet options are available.

If there are any mistakes in the table below my apologies, but please let me know.

Me and our little Linz will be attending this little event but we shall be making our own sleeping arrangement's once again.

Will be meeting all you folks as per normal, but I've come up with a cunning plan, for non of you to follow me home this time.

Bee's? They was like locusts trying to claw us back.

We shall grant you our company for dinner for Friday and even Saturday evening.

Were in the camping and caravan site, next door to the pub (100 yards away) in a 8 man tent. (6x3 m), that way there's no messing about changing the bike for the car on the Saturday, as both vehicles will be riden and driven back on the Sunday.

Might aswell have a holiday down there aswell as its only £7 a night for the both of us.

Some travelling to do this year.

I think you should although The "Ditch King" himself is taking his own bike this year , so he won't be able to attempt to wreck mine this time !

put me down for dinner both nights chris, and if i can get the campsite details i'll probably book in there, as im after a little tent for a rally in a few weeks anyhow

Can you put me down please. Since this will be my first event I would like room and meal, if not I do have a tent and sleeping bag (some advice on how to secure would be nice just in case) so will take the campsite as an alternative.

I had assumed that my trip to Germany had exhausted my weekend passes for the year. However, I mentioned this in passing and got a not entirely negative response, so will keep picking away at it! Nothing definite yet but just registering myself as a possible maybe for now. Will keep an eye on arrangements.

OK, I'm in! Better find somewhere to stay, any recommendations welcome - I looked at last year's posts and saw a few stayed in one guest house. I'll be there Friday and Saturday, so I'll be after dinner too. Let me know where I sign.

TWO ride-outs in the SAME YEAR! Get me! I'll double my annual mileage!

Quickie update - booked in at the Claremont Friday and Saturday.

we,re booked in at the claremont saturday night. stayed there last year, clean, reasonable price and the breakfast was very good. Getting a taxi upto the village limits was the only problem last year so I'll probably try to arrange something in advance this year, so if you would like to jump in with us weasley your more than welcome.
