Hi
As a happy 'Cat owner 2010-2013 I was a regular contributor until seduced away by a Zx9. Funny enough my old knackered 'Cat lies deep in the garage awaiting rebuild, just never got round to it. Now I own anothe 'Cat as I needed some wheels quickly after my current bike was stolen and so here I am back again! Aha and yes I had forgotten just how fun teh Cat is to ride and just how that powerband-like surge comes in at about 8000 rpm!

Hi Qw8 and welcome back.

I knew I recognised your site name.
Great to have you back but sorry to hear about the circumstances of getting here.
Spaces at up and coming (only 6 and a half months away) rideout - Wee Mac 2019 if you fancy it. Smile

Cheers

Hi, thanks for the Welcomes - the better part of the story is after having purchased this (red coloured) Thundercat as hurried replacement wheels, my SV650 was recovered, without too much damage... so i'll have both on the road soon... some grief for 'her indoors' due to teh fact there is the old Gold and Grey Cat and a worn out Zx9 already sitting in the garage already (waiting for the inevitable 'rebuild') and there's no room left to get anything else in there - guess I'll have to get these sorted out and decide which two have to go... that'll be a hard decision!

oh yes please point me at the information concerning rideouts etc. Thanks

Have a look here - https://www.yamaha-thundercats.org/f25-how-about

Only Wee Mac 2019 set in stone so far but I expect most of the other ones to run in 2019.

Cheers
