Home at 3pm, thanks everyone for a fantastic dirty weekend Wink might even be a first for me and give the bike a very much needed wash straight after a ride-out.

Will post link to pics when they online.

Home just after 3, very eventful scenic route following Rich's sat nav (on fastest route setting may I add) where he was herding sheep down a back lane, the sheep was looking very worried & was running flat out!
Bikes washed & a huge thanks to everyone that came & made it such a hoot, thank you all kiss

You are all so organised, bike's washed and all. I only got as far as mentioning I might, but it didn't happen, it's going to bed dirty. Got side tracked with doing the pics and then it was time for the Tesco delivery, so it went on hold but now the battery's flat - cream crackered, predicting an early night tonight.
Glad to hear every one got home OK and in the dry.

Hi folks,
Back home safe and sound after a leisurely pootle (!) to Llangollen. There was just nothing on the road, officer. Shocked Just caught up with you Steve as your satnav took you off the Ruthin, but I needed fuel so carried on into town.
Then it was on up to Wrexham, down the A to Nantwich and then on to Congleton. Up over the Peak District, on to the Cat and Fiddle Road (no fun now it's all 50mph average speed cameras) but amazing views. Down to Buxton and on to Chesterfield (more fuel). Then the final leg via Worksop, Gainsborough and Caistor.
The weekend was fab. Great to meet up with everyone again. The wet start just made the ride, as the roads dried out, even more enjoyable. And the Welsh roads always deliver. Thanks to DBD, Nick Jamie for a couple of sprints during the day.
Special thanks to Nick for organising and leading the rideout. To everyone else thanks for the company, commaradery, gin, beer, jokes, games and banter. Glad it all went without mishap; apart from the Key Lime Pie! Ross!!
Hope to catch up with you all again soon.
Bike is half cleaned, but then it was only half as dirty as everyone's else's. Smile Thanks to Nige for letting me use the jet wash.
So here's to the next one. Ride safe everyone.
See you soon.

Chris
