new bike coming
Didn't really know where to post this, so took the plunge and posted it here. Got quite a good price for the Honda CBF1000 GT, so its gone, ordered a new machine for delivery next Feb. Chris Eddie and a couple of others know what it is, but might surprise a few more when they see it.

Re: new bike coming
I know but am too nice to say. Congrats Tel, I hope you love it when it arrives in Feb.
Speaking of which, my Cat has gone too. Loved the wee thing over the last 18 months or so. Did just over 18 thousand miles on her.

Re: new bike coming
Interested to know what it is terry & look forward to finding out. You have had a fair amount of bikes in the time I have known you, probably to do with the fact I've done 26000 miles in total on the cat & you do more than that in a year. Whatever it is enjoy.

I there a new Transformers movie coming out?
That looks just terrible enough to look like a product placement.
Re: new bike coming
Wish I could afford one of them Kasawaki things, but no, my new purchase is quite mundane. By the way Ian how do you like the ex. Tim Allan machine?

Re: new bike coming
I'm enjoying it very much thanks Terry.
Could do with sorting out the suspension though, it's on the harsh side, especially on some of the really bumpy roads we have around here.

Welcome to the Dark Side of Japan, very nice and I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I do mine. I'm not starting a colour war here, but do you know you have to be careful with what you use on the grey paintwork? (not sure if the caution is in the manual, think it is).

Re: new bike coming
I did wonder due to the finish but don't remember reading anything in the manual, I'll go grab it and have another look....

Re: new bike coming
No, the Biffer went in as PX. And that's a Ural up there not a BMW (although Ural engines are a blatant Russian rip off of the Beemer marque)
Re: new bike coming
So what exactly are you riding right now.
