Thundercat 18,000 miles and £550 - needs minimal work to return to the road?

Doesn't say if all the rear end bits are present to return it to a road bike. But as you say, could be a good cheap track tool or a project to re-beautify a beloved

It's got some nicer bits on it than mine has..probably the 'advisories' I have as well.
It probably saleable after the parts swap, for pretty much the same price..
