Autocom unit with PMR
Hi Folks,
I've got my autocom super pro avi unit to offload as I've went down the Bluetooth route.
Has the following- you can google for all the functions it does.
Autocom super pro avi unit
Remote PTT button and cable
Sat nav/ phone cable
Helmet headset - speakers/mic etc
PMR radio and charger with cable to connect to autocom for bike to bike comms
There are a few other bits and bobs, spare speakers/mic etc.
It's basically a full system that will give you bike to bike comms with another PMR bike and rider to pillion. Music and sat nav and phone can all connect to it as well.
It's not a cheap system to buy all the bits new and I was gonna put it on EBay.
So if anyone is after one PM me an offer.
Cheers
Dave

Re: Autocom unit with PMR
Did you sell it Dave?
Not to flood the market, I have one for sale as well now, for the same reason.

Re: Autocom unit with PMR
Hi Steve,
Go for it. I haven't got round to listing it yet so will be another 3 weeks at least.
Only stripped it off the GS when I flogged it a couple of weeks ago.
Tested out my Bluetooth stuff last time home. Much better set up. Bike to bike actually works.

Re: Autocom unit with PMR
shh Dave, we need to shift the Autocoms' first
Found the BT unit to be good, but the Autocom really is the 'Rolls Royce' for certain applications.
