Hi guys. Just a kwick intro. Ive just bought myself a 1998 thundercat. 22ooo miles but in mint condition. Only at the moment im waiting for my mod 2 test. Iv been riding for years but only smaller bikes. Had a little test ride on this thundercat and just cant wait to be LEGAL and ride out regularly. Shud be within the next couple of weeks.

This is how i bought the bike a month or so ago so the condition and mods are all down to the previous owner, he had it from 2001 till when i snapped it up from him

bike was classified today as "total lost"
so i will need new one. crash was last week.

BTW where did you get that seat ?

Sorry mate, dont know. Was on the bike when i bought it but ill mail the guy and try nd find out where he got it and let you know

I would imagine any bike seat re upholsterer would be able to do that. Won't be cheap though, a 'plain' recover set me back around £60. Panels, piping and designs would be more.

With regards to the seat, it was recovered by company in shields called saddle craft.
