Hi All

Can you please show your interest in Big Mac here please?

We are currently looking in to accommodation and may try and book a hostel for our stay in Portree.

It would be useful to gauge interest in the trip and what you would like to do about accommodation.

Hostel is most likely to be the cheapest. As you may know we stayed in a hostel last year in Fort William and it was fine (and cheap)

Reet...Now i have the dates sorted....(apologies for earlier hysterical e-mails Rosco).

Im looking at joining you lot over in Lewis probably with Jacarutu as you lot come off the ferry..Which i'll book this week.

I'll be heading over on the Friday to see some old friends for a night oot..(if i'm late for the ferry meet ' n greet , don't worry i'll catch you lot up easy..lol)

Accommodation for sat night and sun night- i'm happy with the Hostel in Portree.

Rideout Sat - Is that not the whole point??

Fairly certain I'll be there for the full duration, possibly with the pillion monkey, subject to her Turkish hole-digging activities.

If you're doing a recce run at some point, give me a shout and I'll try and make it up for that.

Not enough numbers to book accommodation just yet me thinks.......although if it stays like this it might be twins.

I've booked a 2-bed dorm for Charlie and me for the Fri, Sat & Sun at the Hostel.

Kev / DBD .... Can you book a room (probably just be two beds in a bigger dorm though) for yourselves for Sat & Sun.

Cost is £14 PPPN and £2 for basic breakfast

If the numbers attending changes and they require accomodation at the hostel then we might be able to change the booking(s) accordingly to suit.
If this is to happen it would be better to happen sooner rather than later.

I'm sure we'll get a few more after the taste of Wee Mac!

FYI - FJR Terry (not quite on the site yet) is coming along now too and has booked his ferry ticket.

As more people book we can adjust our accommodation at the Hostel......if that is where they want to stay.

i know im staying at easdale with steve .
but are willing to move but i feel its only fair to let them know in plenty of time at the easdale
that im moving to the hostel
so ive made a cut off point of 1st of june where i feel its not fair to move after that date
