Bearing in mind it is ONE reservation.....

Reservation can be transferred to a future date (subject to availability)
Reservation can be cancelled and credit can be held for future use
Reservation can be cancelled and full refund processed.

Pentland Ferry (from Gills Bay) can cancel our bookings and refund them - to do this please send me the name you booked it under and your booking ref - search your emails for pentlandferries.co.uk

North link ferries you need to cancel yourselves.

I’ve cancelled the accommodation in Tongue for the 9 people I had booked there.

I’m thinking if anyone wants a refund for the hostel then I’ll just get a full refund and refund those that want it.
If no-one or only a few want refunds and we can relatively quickly decide a new date (guessing similar time next year) then we can boom and put our money to that instead.

In the meantime PM me your Pentland booking ref and the name it was booked under and I’ll compile them an email once I have everyone’s ... ideally over the weekend.

Got a reply from the Pentland Ferries today so they've cancelled the following ferry bookings and all the internet bookings will be issued a refund which will get processed this week, then the money will be back on the cards they used within 7-10 working days.

If it was a telephone booking then you hadn't paid yet anyway but your booking is now cancelled.
