already had bikesafe booked for the end of june, now i have myself a place on a performance plus course at cadwell on the 4th of july.....happy days

Did bikesafe a few years ago, well worth it. Was a really good day out and I got a lot out of the rideout especially. Off duty copper that we rode out with took us on the 'Northeast TT' Helmsley to Stokesley run and gave us loads of tips and feedback, then on the way back we followed him to see how he rode. Was a really top bloke and if I remember right they are all volunteers on their time off.

Didn't like the classroom session as much, just seemed to be an 'anti-speeding' session. Loads of pictures of accidents with the 'SPEED KILLS' message repeated several times.

I believe they have taken that part out now, or at least toned it down. Even the paramedics aren't showing as much in the FBOS training any more.
