Thank you all for the wishes and congrat's.

I have pictures on the phone but for some damb bloody unfortunate moment (squashing the phone between the car door and seat) (samsung galaxy s II) I can not post any up as the screen has cracked and it dont respond to touch now.

Baby is doing mightily fine though and Linz is still in the maternity ward. The odd ache and pain she has but drugs (legal) work wonders for her. Hoping to be out Sunday she is so unless she damages her phone, we shall have a couple of pics.

Whats the record of the youngest kid to be pictured on a motorbike??

Still no decided on a name but i am pretty sure it wont be called 'Ross'. No offence to Rosco but her brothers son has that name. Think is might be having some kinda Scotish name though, but there are limits to what i'll agree to.

Lovely name.

Morning All, just a quick message from ny hospital bed to say a massive thank you for the lovely messages and congratulations on the birth of Ewan.

We are keeping our fingers crossed that we will be able to go home today at some point.

The little man slept most of the time from 3pm yesterday as he had a bath then was zonked so I have spent the night talking to and amusing a very placid but very awake little boy who just wanted attention so if we do get home today, he will be spending an hour with his daddy while I try and sleep (but wouldn't swap him for anything in the world).

Ps. Ross, thankfully he isn't as loud ad his daddy's bike at full throttle and yes I have been known to catch up with some zzz's on the back of the R1 on more than one occasion but Rob would have to put this little man in a rucksack or something if he wanted to take him on it lol.

I do believe Euan is the Welsh version of the name.

Ewan is the Scottish version.

Just like Mr Obi Wan Kenobi. ( Not Alex Guinness actor ).

On the subject of names, my daughter & her partner are trying for another baby, so they asked their kids what they thought were nice names. 5-year-old Marley suggested 'Snowbaby' & 'Lovely Rabbit'
