It was the being woke up at 4.30am by the shower pump in the Place we were staying that did it. Lol

Wasn't that place great!

Paper thin walls and creaking floor boards made sure it took a while to drop off, only to be woken by the light shining under the door, then that blasted pump and finally daylight through the skylark. Who puts a huge window in the roof over a bed without having a blackout blind. At least the kettle worked - well mine did anyway, not sure what that brown stuff was we took to be coffee though.

The chippy and that real dodgy pub more than made up for it though, still think we should have asked them laydeeze to move as they were blocking our view of the TT on telly pmsl

Sorry, seemed to have missed a bit out of the previous posting - was good to see you, Chris and Pete again great

Apologies for not making it on Sunday - a family "emergency" (not that serious but can't think of a better word) overrode everything else inc our bbq plans. Hope those who went had a good run despite the poor weather. And thanks to Greencat for providing me a contact number.
Hope to meet up somewhere in the near future.
