dads army
Should have posted this up a few days ago really, but somehow slipped my mind. Pete had a nasty accident a few days ago in Preston, he was passing a line of stationary cars when one kind gent decided to make a U turn and T-boned poor Pete. He went flying over the bars and bounced of the bonnet landing in the road. Result 4 broken ribs loss of a finger end, and internal bleeding. However glad to report he's out of hospital and recovering at home. Whilst in hospital he found an identical bike, same colour, same year, and instructed brother Bob to go and buy it for him. Reckons he's going to make Bishops castle in a few weeks time! there's bottle for you.

Re: dads army
Nasty one Terry, hope Pete gets well soon and we see him at BC. Glad to hear it hasn't dampened his enthusiasm. He's obviously made of tough stuff.
Nice to hear Bob has been helping with his recovery too

Re: dads army
Sounds like it was a sore one, glad he's OK(ish) with only a 10% reduction in his nose picking ability.

Re: dads army
Ouch
Sorry to hear of the off, but glad he's recovering well. New bike and planning to be at the BC ride out . . . They don't make 'em like they used to
Take care out there
