Thundercat winter maintenance
Been doing a little work on the old thundercat over winter as usual, it is actually off the road & not been out since november now i have the benelli back to go out on if the weather is fit.
First of all removing all the plastics to give it a good clean & checkover.

The downpipes were looking a little shabby & i think its about 5 years since i repainted them, they are the original standard ones & this is probably the last time i can clean them up & repaint them, see if i can make them last 20 years & then i will replace with stainless ones

Painted them with halfords temperature resistant matt graphite grey, they look pretty good & match the engine well.
Hoping that spring starts to make an appereance soon.

The first link is above (without the quotes).
Do the links work for you?
If so then perhaps you might you need to set them to be publicly available.
Glad to hear it went well but would love to see the pics.
Just noticed your posts in the google photo test thread and it read like they used to work there but are now getting the grey stop sign there too.
Grrrr. Good luck fixing it.
Cheers
Rosco

Re: Thundercat winter maintenance
Looking back at a couple of old posts & strangely the matt black thundercat picture signature hosted by photobucket has started appearing again.

Have you paid for the full membership at photobucket

I haven't. So unless forumotion has (and I seriously doubt that), it has me stumped too

Re: Thundercat winter maintenance
No tel i have not paid a very expensive subscription. Im wondering if they have done a u turn if no one has paid & possibly they have lost a lot of users?

Re: Thundercat winter maintenance
Nope, no U-turn, they're still charging an outrageous membership fee so peeps can third party share their stored pictures.
I have tried copying various pictures from varying sources (including direct from photobucket, and they will not show here using the standard methods of posting a picture.
I think, if a picture(such as yours)works from there then thats ok. But I think I'll resign to the fact that 99% of the time they won't
We (I), were/was lucky that at the time they made that move 90% of the images used to tart this forum up had already been moved to servimg. But moving, recovering or replacing the last 10% had caused quite a headache when it happened
