Re: 2002 Thundercat for sale
You might struggle at that mate, you can pick up running one in good nick for that sort of cash.
A really tidy one will set you back about £1500.

Re: 2002 Thundercat for sale
Hey mate I understand you can get decent ones for that price, the main fairings are fine, they weren't on at the time, got a few upgrades on it if you have a look at my description. Was going to post on eBay but can't even afford the fees with being off work

It sound like you're having a bit of a nightmare of a time at the moment mate.
Have you stuck it on Gumtree? (It's free)

Hi JimJam.
Sorry to see the pickle you appear to be in at the moment and that you've dropped and damaged your Cat.
But, being totally honest and frank. I think you're going to be much better off fixing it and then selling, rather than trying to sell in that condition.
If you haven't got the funds/time to fix at the moment, then hang on to it until you do have the time and dosh to fix.
As she stands (and this is the harsh bit), prospective buyers may be looking to offer you £450 ~ £500 at best. She is a crash damaged and poorly bike at the moment after all.
The hole in the engine cover, the angle of bend on that crash bung bolt (what else has that stressed), what speed did she slide down the way at, what does the gear change linkage look like ? What condition the left clip on, the head stock the forks etc. etc.
Is there a better angled picture of the damage above the crash bung in pic 2 ? Is that damage to the chassis/frame ?
Like I say, Harsh I know, . . . But I'm only putting down what others are very likely thinking.
Regards
