Extension Flap for the Rear Fender / Mudguard

I'm interested in purchasing a rear fender extension flap for my '98 cat.  The Yamaha part number is 3GM216210000 as shown on the attached schematic link (#31 on the drawing):

There are several european parts sites that sell the flap - but they're expensive.   I'd be interested in buying a used flap if anyone has one they'd like to sell.  Thanks.
