folk damper rod
bit random but did my folk seals the other day and one of the damper rods is missing. if some has some any folk spares let me know.

Missing, or do you mean that you removed and then lost it?
I doubt that your fork damper rod is missing because that is a major component of the forks. There is a bolt at the bottom of the fork leg (inside the opening) that holds the damper rod in place.
I've marked the damper rod in red.

Not the damper rod assembly just a thin rod or steel that goes down the centre of the assembly (not pictured).
I haven't had the bike since new so don't know the folk history, someone had previously replace the seals and forgot to put that back in.

I haven't got a folking clue what you lot are on about
