Just had a new set of tyres delivered after using up the rest of the old set on the alps trip...

I had them on my Daytona, loved them.

Indeed wink thumb up

Had gone through 2 sets of Conti SportAttacks way too quickly so thought go for a slightly longer life tyre this time.
Contis are ace on the Zed, very reasonably priced (180 EUR for the set!) and I'm supporting the German economy clink

That was after coming home from a similar Alps trip in 2008. Didn't even notice until the next day when I cleaned the bike Shocked

I now have Michelin Pilot Powers on my Z (they came with then) but I couldn't fault the Conti's tbh.

green smile That's exactly what my last set looked like.
I was just taking the bike over to get them replaced when some mad girl reversed over me on a roundabout (I managed to jump off) and had to hide the tyre from the cops. Very Happy

Great tyres though. Cool

I've just put a pair of the new Pilot power 3s on my Cat and i'm very impressed with them ... much better than the old Pirelli angel STs that were on it originally
