Suppose you don't do the washing, ironing or cooking either?
Or are you one of these blokes that says he does the cooking when you BBQ? When it's your wife that does the preparation & clearing up and you just stand there with a beer in your hand, flipping a few burgers?
Re: Where do you hover?
I tried to get a head start on my washing when I got back from Assen, unfortunately I put soap powder in the wrong drawer, the clothes got "washed" in fabric conditioner. Barred from the washing machine.
Whilst my wife was ill I rolled up my sleeves to tackle the ironing, an hour later and still on the 1st shirt my wife "asked" me to stop trying to help, barred from the iron.
I am the first to admit Mrs Snowcat has improved but frankly she is a shocking cook, she openly admits this and I'm not talking out of school, if it wasn't for me cooking we'd starve, she can throw things in the oven to warm but I do all the cooking, and although I say so myself I have to say I'm pretty good at it, complex, easy, foreign I can cook pretty much anything, bake bread, homemade pasta, no problem.
Cleaning...... Fraid not
