Old biker aged 51...Had my 97 Thundercat since about 2006 and I put about 30,000 miles of the 48,000 on it but I do have other bikes.

Nephew got the Thundercat initially and after a year changed ownership to his wife as she passed her test, I then purchased it and put the big miles on...sold it to a friend who traded it into a local dealer, however another friend bought the bike and had a little spill (15 mph) I then bought the bike back because I regretted selling the bike that I had become such a part of. It had a few scuffs so I put a James Toseland sticker set and covered the bike....these are now removed and i'm gradually bringing it back to standard.

I also have a Suzuki Bandit 1200S K6 the very last of the 1200 Bandits only made in 2006 a hybrid with the 1250 watercooled bodywork and the air/oil cooled engine. I also ride a 1980 Honda 250N Superdream made really old school...some will know me from other bike forums as Ivor Hugh Jarse but at a recent Superdream camping weekend we were given badges to wear and my wife got Mrs Hugh Jarse!...I know not to make that mistake again Shocked

Hi & Welcome aboard mate.

You've certainly got the paintwork covered.
Looking good.
I can understand why your wife's Hugh Jarse identification didn't go down well. Once bitten twice shy they say Wink

I do regular nights at the weekends but I can work Sat night and do a ride out on Sundays and go straight through to work again without sleep until the Monday morning...the art is getting loads of sleep before hand and building a cushion. What time is the start of the ride from Beverly on Sun?

I'd guess about 9am. Greencat will let us know nearer the time....unless he already has and I missed it or have forgotten it.

Be good to see you there.

Welcome aboard, age is merely a number. Or so they say!

Come in, sit your Hugh Jarse down and enjoy the banter.
