Well after my key problem at willingham woods, am after an ignition barrel faulty or just no key as i require some parts for mine to complete it,the barrel for the thundercat and fazer are the same just the wiring slighty different, but thats not required .
Got a new key today so i need the black top surround and the first part of where you put the key in (its seperate to the actual barrel inards )

It might be a idea to look at the bottom part of the lock, the bit that is the steering lock, there is a lug on the bottom that gets tight on the inner shaft of the lock, this might be why the key broke. The wife came home on the Fazer moaning the key was hard to turn and this was the problem. Stripped down the lock and filed a chamfer on the lug, worked a treat, went to work that night and the lock on the Cat failed in the same way [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Took me almost a hour in the dark and rain to start the bike then had to strip down the lock the next day.
