Hi from R1 Tony
At last I'm aboard the site and would just like to say a big thanks for your support on the recent Bishops Castle ride out. Quite new to large group riding and even though i really enjoyed the experience.
For those that don't know I got the R1 six years back (big thanks to Robcat for this ) and also own an RD350LC which will soon be fit again for some 2 stroke fun
Anyway, well done on a great site and I look forward to meeting up with you all again sometime soon!

Ahhh Tony!!!
All sorted Ross. Levers will be with me ready for our meeting in 4 weeks time. No need to panic. You'll have another spare set ready to dish out for the next person in need And once again, you can be a hero for having such an in site that no body thinks about.
Shame about Ellie's foot rest though....
But glad you've now joined matey, now you see what goes off on this site.
Fancy Ireland in 4 weeks? Work some magic on Mel to let you lose?
I'm sure she'll be happy with just your credit card for a long weekend.
Catch up soon we will. Just waiting for better weather for our track day together.
Rob

Hi Tony,
Welcome to the site. Good to see you on here after your wee off at BC. If you join us for another ride-out you might get to hear all the other 'off' stories - some about bikes, some about other things!
Hope to see you again.
Cheers,
Chris

Re: Hi from R1 Tony
Big Mick sounds great but even the credit card won't help me join the gang for this one
But I sould be good for the events which follow and (as ya know) i'm well eager for my first track day ( on someone else's bike, of course!)
Ross, I've got you replacement levers as I had to modify the Cat brake lever to keep me mobile in Wales!! The knob which pushes the master cylinder piston is smaller for the R1 which is why the front brake kept locking on.
Cheers,
Tony
