When it eventually comes, all will be revealed...so does nobody wanna own my stunning 999??
it's going on bike trader soon but i will let it go to anyone on here for cheaper than i'm gonna advertise it for...
I'll let it go for £3200 on here.. will have new front tyre, new MOT, new front fork seals, brand new lower fairings(after my air brake incident) some fancy new levers and it has a full termi exhaust system with race ecu and race air filters..I'll even throw in a brand spanking LED rear tail light/indicator thingy i just bought..Has an Ohlins rear shock too..There has been a lot of money spent on this machine over the years and i really am sorry to let it go..but the misses is drawing the line at me keeping 3 bikes..
Be warned tho it only does around 100 miles to a tank of fuel and about an average of 2500 miles on a rear tyre..Its not a cheap bike to run but it really does get under your skin. I've had it to Germany and back, these bikes are reliable if you look after them..

yes it does get under my skin,, you nearly had to go look for it last year LOL,,, well at least it lets me off for a while then,, no more surprising cowardly italian ambushes eh!!!!

Well I would say that its either the 1199 or a triumph explorer. Both have around a 6-9 week waiting list according to someone in the know.

I'd go for the multistrada if I was having a duke.

But the explorer is a bike I very like myself.

There is a waiting list but i've possibly jumped the queue..Hmmm a lot of guessing going on.....i reckon i might just surprise the lot of ya!!!
Anyway, have a buyer for the 999 already, subject to a test ride..He's a mate so i'll give him a go.. Will post as sold once the deal is done..
999 is going nowhere until i have the keys of its replacement tho...just incase.. shit happens
