Hello guys just got linked to this forum by someone on bikechatforums, I have a 1997 Thundercat with a carbon exhaust and non functioning speedo! (replacement speedo drive arrived today) So far the Thundercat has been 5 months of pure joy apart from the Dunlop sportmax tyres it came with which seem to have some sort of wet weather vendetta against my well being. New rubber is at the top of my list with maybe an interesting headlight mod, tail tidy and powder coating for the future.

Good luck with the speedo. Don't think they're the most reliable things. I checked mine against a GPS and reckon it was reading probably 10 per cent or better above the actual speed.
