Hey all, does anyone still go to the Tuesday night Poole Quay events? Even though they are charging a quid fifty to park on the quay... it's not like it used to be but the fish and chips from the corner kiosk as worth it!!!

Hi Dan,

Bit to distant for me now - in the east midlands - for a fish n chip supper.
The first ever group ride out & meet up was to Poole quay many many years hence.

I think lock down may well have dampened people's group meeting, but now things are beginning to open up you might possibly tempt our southern brethren out of their shells.

Cheers

I have to admit I prefer to ride rather than walk around looking at other bikes, so it's probably not for me. When persuaded by friends, I have been to a couple of bike nights that are nearer to me - Calne and Cassington - but I've generally left after an hour or so.
