Lincs to Hampshire

Hi All,
I'm riding down to Hampshire on 24th June and back on 27th to a friends 50th. Haven't ridden down there before so don't know the roads. Was wondering if any locals have recommendations for roads/routes to take/avoid? Don't mind a bit of a detour to find an interesting road.
Any suggestions welcome. If anyone is about on Fri or Monday then let me know.
