Not sure I understand.

The heated grips will have one (electrical) cable, the throttle assembly has two cables .. the heated grips slide onto the throttle assembly nylon sleeve.

To be clear, the existing rubber grip will pull off of the twisty throttle bit, leaving a plastic sleeve behind. Your new grip then pushes over this. You do not replace the throttle tube assembly (twisty bit).
