speeding ticket

hi guys, well, had a speeding ticket notification put through my letter box today, never saw it coming :( , anyway just wondering if i get another sp30 within the 2 years of geting my bike licence and it takes me up to 6 points would this mean i would have to re apply for a licence and retake my tests?

The ticket was while on my bike and i passed my bike test 2 months ago but have had my full drivers licence for 28 years.

Doesn't matter what vehicle you were in/on . . . you've had a "licence" for 28 years.

But I'd go for legal advice . . . perhaps try the pepipoo web site.

The 2 year thing is for your first licence entitlement; anything you add to it after that is just additional entitlements, not a new licence. You've had a licence for 28 years so you're fine (although maybe worth slowing down/being more observant anyway ).
