The Chat Box ?

At the top of the forum pages is the "ChatBox" . . . unless you login to the chat box . . you can't see what's being chatted about, or said.
At the moment it is under used . . . in fact , tumbleweed city ! And takes up space . . . if it were gone . . . would you miss it ?

hmmmm I think it would be one of those 'you don't know what you got til its gone' things lol ...Perhaps a vote will settle?

I do like to use it !!! But like you say not many do

I think it should be left, I use it sometimes and would use it more if life didn't get in the way!

SteveCat, MrNutt and Myself use it, so I Vote for Stay.

I did'nt even know it was there, took me 5 mins to find it, but you know me, 18 month old baby when it comes to these putor thingies. So, for me it can go.

I see it and don't use it, mostly because 90% of the time I access this forum on my phone or iPad, which isn't really the best platform for chatting on. I would miss it in that it would be a loss to some parts of the community, but as I don't really use it I wouldn't personally miss it.

I've found that they can reduce the amount of posts made in forums.
It's not bad in here tbh, but some of them become deserts after they've been implemented.

Then again, I'm a purist. It's either a message board or a chat room, not both.

I rarely use it tbh, however I can see its advantages & where else would poor old MrNutt have to log on all on his lonesome every night?[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

it will get used the most when a ride out is up & coming
like bc so people can chat on where when &what time to meet on riding up to the event so guys make a date to chat about the forth coming event ie bc i vote it stays

I could probably blag us a private room on our SPARTA TS Server for free. Saves all that typing when you can just chat. There is a free App for it too so you can chat while out and about

I have used in the past but as others said I access on the move mainly Through my iPhone, have a shortcut etc and go straight where I want to go but hey I'll look into it more

I am so glad I am now of an age where I don't have to keep in touch with people whilst on the move, in actual fact I try and get away from it all! I doubt my Symbian based phone would run it anyway.
