in true "have you turned it off and on again?" fashion.... i'll start with an obvious one..

did you check the fuel tap ? i dont know if you took the tank off? pinched fuel hose?

erm.... engine stop switch? (dude that would be embarasing Very Happy)

can you smell fuel coming out the exhaust?
erm... has a mouse crawled in the exhuast?

ok im grasping at straws now Smile

haha very funny.
yes I have checked all the usual idiot issues (sidestand, engine kill switch etc) if it was one of those then the engine wouldn't turn over at all. I am hoping that it is somthing relativly simple like worn out HT leads but I hadn't considered a mouse up the exhuast pipe (Exclamation sounds unpleasent but whatever floats your boat). garage are picking it up tomorrow so fingers crossed.

It could be a blocked fuel line as the petrol was quite low in the tank so may be reserve hose is blocked, would explain why it wokred on Friday and not on monday.
