Brighton Burn Up

Post by Wozza on Sat Sep 03, 2011 11:58 pm

I was wondering if anyone is going to the Brighton Burn Up Next Sunday the 11th of September. It's an awesome event with thousands of bikes and scooters turning up for the day. As I've had my cat for a couple of weeks now it's time to take her on a nice run. I am leaving from Milton Keynes and it would be nice to meet up with a few members if anyone is going Very Happy

I might actually be able to make it to this, if the CAT passes the MOT. Maybe we could try and arrive around the same time and park up together. Least we can trust each other not to knock each others bikes off he stands. It is a free thing right? If not...where do i have to pay?

Yeh, you and me both. Its just the fork seals that he got me on and the obviously large amount of suspension fluid dripping down over the brake disk and being absorbed by my brake pads. Other than that, she is all good. So Ill get it sorted asap and keep you guys in the know.

Passed the MOT without issue. Shame the weather is a little iffy. Ill keep an eye on the forecast and if it starts looking ok, I will almost definately try and get to brighton. If all is well, do we want to meet up somewhere?

I ended up in Brighton when that was on last year or maybe year before, wasn't impressed and will now stay away from there when a few thousand bikes descend on it. Bet the couldn't care less chippy's on the pier did a good trade.
