Just having a cheeky week in the lakes staying in a place near graves over sands went up to Keswick via windermere then back down the other side through Coniston and I have to say they are the best roads I've ever driven on and I live in Yorkshire and yes I did say driven not rode but even in a diesel honda civic I was in heaven never been before and I can't wait to get back here on the bike next time.

Definitely will do went on some more fantastic roads today going to get something organised after all the kids go back to school in September hopefully the roads should be free from coach loads of tourists then
