I got bored!

Well I was a little bored this afternoon and seen as though I can't ride my Bike until I pass mod 2, I thought I'd have a play with some carbon fibre (vinyl), So here's the results let me know what you think?

I know it won't be to everybody's taste.

First up was the square panel at the back of the seat, this had a nasty scratch before I wrapped it in vinyl,









Then I decided to do the top yoke as its had something on there in the past that left it looking grubby so cleaned it off the best I could and covered that too...






Not a perfect job but quite happy with results...

Where did you get the vinyl from? Might do my top yoke as well at some stage.

Thanks! I did have concerns about the name too, Its really good to work with i had to heat it up a fair bit though lol

Looks quite good, I have just bought some that stuff myself, got my heat gun and squeege, just waiting for the vinyl to arrive and will be doing some this weekend

I am going to wrap the dash, air duct covers, top yoke and rear hugger. Wish me luck

Yeah sure will do. I am starting to get more and more ideas now gonna wrap loads of stuff including mirrors and do the bottom fairing in a brighter yellow and thinking to do top of the tank yellow but keep the Yamaha logo black. The black on my bike is all vinyl... might rob your idea with the carbon bit at the back aswell
