0ldcat Hospital

Post  SteveCat on Mon Jan 05 2015, 10:51

Tel (0ldcat), the godfather of this site, is in hospital after suffering from Pulmonary Embolism. This can be extremely dangerous and life threatening.

Tel has been recovering, but has been hit by the Norovirus, a most unpleasant setback.

When he is a bit better, I'm sure he'll appreciate some visitors* - he is in the Kings Mill Hospital. Would suggest calling the hospital first to see if he can see visitors when you plan to go.

All the best wishes
for a speedy recovery
Tel

* I have asked him and his wife, Bea about visiting and also for posting the news.

Like everyone else, I hope he makes a quick recovery.

Spending time in hospital can be incredibly boring when you're separated from family and friends.

Tel is over the Norovirus, but drained from all the ordeals. Hopefully will be discharged soon.

I sent a get well card from all of us, which arrived today, it cheered Tel up no end and he was the envy of the ward when the post arrived this morning Wink
