Urgent sale required low mileage 2002 Thundercat

Hi all
I need to sell my Tcat quickly as I'm off to Oz at the end of the month.
Great bike, very low miles, very good condition but has rusted downpipe which needs replacing for next MOT due in August.

I am 5th owner and owned since March 2013.  Here are the details;

2002 black/silver/gold
Very low miles - almost 14,000.
Minimal service history and no manual.
Taxed until end of December 2014.
MOT expires 12 August 2014 (No advisories at last MOT)
Last service June 2013 (spark plugs, oil change and filter, brake switch and fluid change)
+ Coil replaced 2013 to fix misfire.

I just got back from 4 months away during which time the bike was in a mates garage.  He started it regularly and took it on a few rides but I decided to get it inspected to make sure no problems have arisen.  My suspicions were confirmed - small hole in downpipe due to rust.  Probably due to the salty, wet environment in Portsmouth where I lived last year.
Premier bikes, Didcot found absolutely nothing else wrong with this bike.  Chain and sprockets and tyres all good etc but annual service is due and MOT just around the corner.

I have never crashed or dropped the bike.  There are small scuffs here and there but great condition overall.
Aftermarket indicators, tail can and screen, datatag and immobiliser.
Bike now located in Oxfordshire, near Didcot.

Price?!

If the pipes were okay I think this bike would be worth in the region of £2000.

I estimate a cost of approx £400 to find replacement part, fit, service and MOT all in the next month so I would like to sell for in the region of £1600.
