First topic message reminder :

I'm obsessed with using the fuelly app with my bikes, and constantly monitor the fuel figures due to the mileage I do.
I just did a really geeky couple of days trying to get the absolute best fuel mileage out of the cat by keeping the speed below 60, feathering the throttle, and block changing up the box so not to rev above 4k.
After 76 incredibly boring miles, I used 4.61 litres of fuel. According to fuelly, that's 75mpg!!!!
My fazer 600 only managed 73,
My fz1 has done 48 best,
My TDM did 47 whether I thrashed it or cruised :-/
My bandit 600 was just rubbish at 45 best !!!!

What's the best you guys have got out of your cat?

75 miless!!!!!!! Holy sh1t! Do you ride everywhere in first gear? That definately takes some doing buddy.

As for fuelly, download the app on your phone, create a profile, and start putting your fill ups in. It really is that simple.

Ok cheers. Yeah sometimes i don't get out of second and rarely get out of third, as soon as I've gone into third i gotta drop it to second for the tight corners. I've also got a mile n a half stretch of 50mph zone which is VERY NICE early hours of the morning lol which is my route home.

Yes. Tes nearly got it right.
Bike is Panigale.
Car is not DB9 as the 6.0 V12 servicing is ridiculous!!
Went for the V8 Vantage instead. Faster than the DB9 and the measly 4.3 V8 gives plenty grunt with impeccable reliability.
Fuel economy is as shite as a DB9 tho.
But hey ho you only live once or twice ;-)
