I've had a peek at their (Stena's) web pages and when you go to the booking section there is no mention of any offers . . . well not that I found anyway (not that I looked to hard I must admit)  

Best I got was P&O Bike + 2 @ £48 return . . .

Of course, this assumes you are within easy striking distance from Dover in the first place   . . . (I consider Nottingham to be so)
