They are a b*stard to carve though!

They are, but at least it's real blood that ends up on them.  

Looking at this one [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] , they might keep for years though.
It certainly looks the part as well...like a head that's been found in a bog (swamp, not toilet).

Scary - now that's something to aim for next year.
