mine was a lot neater on the ride down, but it was impossible to get all the stuff I brought back into the panniers. everytime id think id done it I found ( or should I say alex or paul handed me) something else. good job I brought plenty of bungee ropes.

As I recall that's what happened to Ross on the way back from Spain. Most of his stuff ended up out of his luggage and left fully exposed in a cargo net, including a camp stove with gas still attached, random used clothing etc. All much to the amusement of the other bikers in the ferry queue.

How he got that fully inflated football in remains a mystery to this day.
