First topic message reminder :

Hi all, I have just joined and thought it would be right of me to introduce myself,

So... a bit about myself, Im Simon im 32yrs old, work in security, love the gym and have always been in to cars, although i grew up around bikes as my dad was an bike instructor and from the age of about 11 i was riding bikes in fields.

6 months ago i decided cars are way to expensive to buy, mod and run so i bought myself a Yamaha DTR 125, after about a month of riding it i was bored, so booked my DAS which i have passed my mod 1 and have my mod 2 on monday, so i wanted to get a big bike for when i passed, i did lots of research and decided a cat would be the best bike for me.

So I bought and picked up a cat yesterday Very Happy its a 1998 model in Black, Silver and Orange with 30k on the clock, its standard apart from a Fuel can, it looks and sound lovely! I just hope i pass my test on monday so i can take it for a ride green smile

Well hope i haven't bored you all lol, i will post a pic when i get chance,

Simon.

Welcome and congrats on your recent pass Smile Like the others have said, try some redex to clear out the carbs, if that fails then get the carbs balanced and see how you go. Could be any number of small things with the carbs but it shouldnt be too difficult to get sorted.

Hi Si.

Near the bottom right of every thread there is a hyperlink that says watch this topic for replies.
You'll then receive an email (to your registered email address) everytime you get a reply)
You can unwatch just as easy.

As for posting pics.
Upload your pics to any web-based photosharing site.
Photobucket for example (plenty others out there)

Their website will give you some links to your picture.

If it does BB-Code like wot Flickr.com does then just post that.
Otherwise copy the URL e.g. Http://photosharesite.com/joebloggs/bikepic01.jpg

And then choose the icon to insert a picture (looks like a tiny picture of a tree) in the reply or quick reply on here and paste the URL in.

Hope that helps
Cheers

Hope that sorts the problem, might take a while though.

Not quite a direct way of doing this, firstly you can click on 'View Posts Since Last Visit' but as you say you must remember which ones you posted in.
Possibly the best way of doing this is to click on 'View Your Posts' , all the ones with Red buttons or 4 flames have new posts in them since you last logged in. Other than that it's email notifications.
