Hello from the West of Scotland Empty Hello from the West of Scotland

Post  tartanphoenix Mon Apr 25 2011, 18:31

Hi all,

I see there are other Cat owners in the area, going by a recent post.

I have owned my cat for a few years now, but been away from the whole owners club scene, since I left the Scottish section of the Suzuki Owners Club (yeah you guessed it I used to own a Suzuki)

My cat is a bit of a state to be honest, but I love it and keep promising myself I will do her up.

At the moment I am just a commuter, due to the ages of my kids I don't go on many runs or events, hence why I left the SOC.

Did attend the Yorkhill Easter Egg Run yesterday!

Hope to speak to some of you soon

David

Hi TartanPhoenix and welcome to the site.

I was at the Yorkhill Easter Egg Run too.
Think I've done 5 or maybe 6 of them now.
Spied a few other Thundercats there - gave a thumbs up to one and said "Nice Bike" to another.......were either you?
I was strapped to a big yellow ostrich so if you didn't see that you didn't see me.
If ever you fancy an ad-hoc run just post up and you might get a taker or two from here.

There are plenty of folks on here, some who attend all the runs, some one or two, and some none. There is no requirement to attend any but it does let people put faces to names and have a night out too. I've never had a bad one.....even when it p155ed down the whole day!

Cheers
