Horsehoe Pass

Ok I'm off on my first ever "Just for the Hell of it" ride out in the morning. We're heading for Llangollen, North Wales for a spot of lunch and great views from the Ponderosa Cafe on the Horseshoe Pass. It's also my first time out with the wife on the back so hoping for nice weather and great roads.

I'm sure we did the Horseshoe pass on the last 'Welshpool' rideout........a good few years ago.
I've a vague recollection of the HorseHoe Pass which you mention in the title......but that was on a stag do and is probably best forgotten.

That's a fantastic road, been up and down it several times, hope u enjoyed it!

I just love Wales, IMHO it has some of the best roads in the UK.

Umm mate. Hadn't you better wait a few years before you take the bike to Wales?

Looking at the picture of your bike you are a bit young to be riding. How did you get a licence? While I think about it, you also look a bit young to have a "missus".
