Post  redrob600 on Fri Dec 19 2008, 08:12

This was my shiny new kitty-cat when I bought her in May last year - 2001 and just 3600 on the clock. :whoop:

And this is her in June this year just before her demise at Mallory Park Crying or Very sad

I really miss her

Thanks Alf.
Yes, definitely the best colour. Though if I get another it may be the blue - its a family thing - my dad has a blue ER6f and my brother a blue/white GSXR600. Mind you, neither of them have been ridden for a while, so maybe that doesn't count. I clocked up about 12K miles in the year I had mine and enjoyed every one of them (well, apart from that one lap at Mallory!)

Defo best colour - mines a red thundercat and the same year 2001 (Y Reg)

At the risk of starting an argument its a well known fact that red/black and white is best!

I must admit that when I was first drawn to the Thundercat, it was after seeing a red/black/white - still think that scheme looks great.
But I fell in love with the red...
